Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist to drive impactful marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce growth. This dual-focused role involves planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns alongside managing and scaling e-commerce ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and others. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in generating ROI-positive results through performance-driven marketing strategies.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, drip campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Segment and manage email lists to ensure accurate targeting and personalized communication.
  • Design, test, and optimize email templates to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Performance Marketing (E-Commerce Ads):

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize bids, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to enhance targeting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and platform updates.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e. g. , Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads , Facebook Ads Manager , and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and/or performance marketing in an e-commerce setting.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding campaign KPIs.
  • Knowledge of HTML and email template design is advantageous.
