Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will promote and sell AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions to key decision-makers in various industries. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, delivering tailored sales pitches, negotiating deals, and closing sales, all while contributing to the company s overall revenue goals.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and researching potential leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
  • Sales Presentations : Present Web Neural Infotech s AI, ML, and Big Data solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing sales.
  • Sales Reporting : Track sales activities, progress, and performance through CRM tools, preparing regular reports on sales targets and results.
  • Market Research : Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Execution : Execute sales strategies and campaigns, focusing on both long-term relationships and short-term revenue goals.
  • Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services and provide valuable insights to the product team.
  • Sales Forecasting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to target-setting and business planning.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Sales Techniques : Strong knowledge of B2B sales, sales strategies, and techniques for closing deals.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and delivering clear, persuasive presentations.
  • CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Tech-Savvy : Knowledge of AI, ML, and Big Data solutions, or the ability to quickly learn and communicate these technologies effectively to potential clients.
  • Customer Service : A customer-first attitude and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Time Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions that align with their needs.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
    • Salesforce Certification , HubSpot Sales Certification , or similar sales training certifications.
  • Experience :
    • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B tech or software solutions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
