Job Description

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, responsive support to customers who are using our advanced AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to product functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires a customer-first approach and a strong understanding of our products to ensure a smooth user experience across all platforms.

Your role will involve assisting customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing helpful responses and solutions, escalating technical issues when necessary, and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions. You will also work closely with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the customer experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Responding to Inquiries : Answer customer questions regarding product usage, technical issues, and account inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Troubleshooting : Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to AI, ML, and Big Data solutions. Provide clear instructions on how to resolve issues or escalate to the technical team when needed.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of Web Neural Infotech s products and services to provide accurate, effective solutions and assist with product setup or configurations.
  • Customer Education : Guide customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services, including offering resources such as tutorials, FAQs, and user guides.
  • Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and work with the product and development teams to suggest product improvements or new features.
  • Issue Resolution : Ensure timely resolution of all customer issues, and follow up to confirm the resolution is satisfactory. Maintain accurate documentation of all cases in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical support teams to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and implement product updates or fixes.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on common issues, trends, and customer satisfaction, helping to guide future service improvements and product enhancements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Customer Service : Proven experience in providing excellent customer support, with a focus on solving problems efficiently and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Technical Proficiency : Basic understanding of AI, ML, and Big Data concepts, or a willingness to quickly learn about our products and services.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • CRM Systems : Experience using CRM platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar to track customer inquiries and support cases.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions at once while ensuring high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer feedback is implemented effectively.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
    • Zendesk Support Certification , HubSpot Service Hub Certification , or similar customer service certifications are beneficial.
  • Experience :
    • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or customer service, preferably in the tech, software, or SaaS industry.
    • Experience with technical troubleshooting, particularly in AI or software-based solutions, is a plus.
