Order Processing:

Customer Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the company and customers for order-related queries.
• Provide real-time updates to customers about order status and delivery timelines.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
• Generate regular reports to analyze fulfillment metrics and improve processes.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Handle order discrepancies and coordinate returns or exchanges as needed.
