Key Metrics of the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Order Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and maintaining customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales team, production team, and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and any potential issues or delays. Generate and analyze reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Resolve any order discrepancies or customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of order transactions and customer information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order management processes and streamline operations.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2.Proven experience in order management, customer service, or related field in a manufacturing company. 3.Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing software. 4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5.Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 6.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 8.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.
