Job Summary

As a Marketing Data Analyst at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to help drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to provide actionable insights, track performance metrics, and identify trends that support the growth and success of AI, ML, and Big Data-driven products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights inform marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for marketing, and a keen eye for detail.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis : Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid advertising channels.
  • KPI Tracking : Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis : Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing data on customer behavior, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
  • Market Research : Conduct research to understand customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market trends that can inform marketing decisions.
  • Data Visualization : Present data in clear, actionable reports using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Segmentation and Targeting : Analyze customer segments and provide insights on how to better target and engage specific customer groups for improved campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing : Assist in the planning and execution of A/B tests to evaluate different marketing strategies, creative assets, and messaging approaches.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting : Assist in forecasting marketing performance, setting targets, and helping optimize budget allocation across marketing channels.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into campaign strategies and business goals.
  • Reporting : Regularly provide marketing performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring that they are actionable and provide a clear understanding of campaign impact.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Analytical Tools : Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Data Visualization : Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create clear and impactful reports.
  • Campaign Tracking : Knowledge of tracking and analyzing marketing data from various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising (e. g. , Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Data Interpretation : Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Marketing Automation : Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Statistical Analysis : Understanding of statistical methods for analyzing data trends, performance metrics, and customer behavior.
  • Excel/Sheets : Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation, analysis, and creating reports.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and opportunities based on data analysis and provide solutions.
  • Attention to Detail : High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reports, insights, and data presentation.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
    • Google Analytics Certification , HubSpot Marketing Analytics Certification , or similar.
  • Experience :
    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing data analysis, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or digital marketing industry.
    • Proven experience with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and driving insights from data.
