Job Description

- Platform Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize platform infrastructure for performance, scalability, and resilience, addressing bottlenecks and enhancing system reliability.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures across platform infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS for data protection.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate platform infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated testing, deployment, and scaling of applications.
- Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to proactively manage infrastructure performance and detect issues before they impact operations.
- Collaboration with Development and DevOps Teams: Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to align platform infrastructure with application requirements and business objectives.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and best practices to ensure consistency and support process improvements.
- Cloud Platforms: Advanced experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Automation and Scripting: Strong skills in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating infrastructure tasks and configurations.
- CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions, and a strong understanding of DevOps principles for seamless integration and deployment.
- Monitoring and Observability: Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) for infrastructure performance tracking and proactive issue detection.
- Networking Fundamentals: Knowledge of networking concepts including VPCs, load balancing, DNS, and VPNs to ensure resilient and secure infrastructure.
- Security Best Practices: Understanding of security protocols, encryption, and compliance requirements to ensure infrastructure aligns with security and regulatory standards.
- Database Infrastructure: Knowledge of managing database infrastructure for both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) in a high-availability setup.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud systems management, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects or internships in infrastructure or cloud management are encouraged to apply.
- Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
