Job Summary

WN Infotech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing activities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales and marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
