Job Description

Job Summary
As a Junior Account Manager at WN Infotech, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior account managers to maintain existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our client base.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  3. Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their goals.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to client needs.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  7. Assist senior account managers in developing and executing strategic account plans.
  8. Track and report on account status and sales performance metrics.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
