Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customerrequirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technicalworkshops to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, bids, andquotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the salesprocess, including product configuration, customization, and integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,addressing technical concerns and providing post-sales support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies toeffectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong technical background with a bachelors degree inEngineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering roles,preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Proficiency in understanding and articulating technical conceptsto both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the abilityto engage and influence customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail toaddress customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams
Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-salesengineering, or a similar role.
- Experience with software or hardware solutions and understandingof technical architectures and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managingcustomer relationships and opportunities.
