Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Technical/Product Trainer - Heavy Engineering/Material Handling Equipment (12-18 yrs)

Position -Sr. Manager/AGM - Technical Trainer - Heavy Engineering/Material handling equipments

Job Location - Kolkata

Exp - Minimum 12-15 Years in Heavy Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction equipment's or any Material handling equipment's industry.

Qualification - BE/B.Tech is preferred.

Exp Heavy Equipments / Heavy Engineering / Material Handling Equipments/ Construction Equipment's/ Heavy Earth moving/ Cranes / Mining Equipment's experience.

- Responsible of Technical Training & Development for Material Handling Equipments/ Heavy Earth moving machinery. Willing to be associated with Industries , Organizations , Institutions imparting skill to any level and number of employees.

- Training Plan and Training Delivery

- Preparation of Annual Training Calendar on all India basis covering all pan India site requirements.

- Roll out Lesson Plan for equipment wise training. Manage the entire training process to ensure smooth and timely delivery of training.

- Conduct basic safety and its importance while work to all company service personnel right from the day one of training.

- Ensure peace of training is maintained throughout the entire training session, motivate participants to ask maximum questions to clear doubts during the training session.

- Development of Training Manuals.
