General Manager - Legal - Contract (12-18 yrs)

Experience - 12+ years of overall work experience in legal and compliance roles

Location - Mumbai

- Our client is a leading name in the Logistics and Transportation space backed by a well known Indian business house.

Key Responsibility :

- Providing legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property and corporate governance.

- Overseeing the operation of the legal department.

- Drafting, negotiating and vetting contracts, legal documents and agreements

- Expertise in the area of Banking, loan agreements- structuring, regulatory compliance, and debt restructuring

- Legal aspects of M&A, SHA and SPA

- Legal Due Diligence for Fund Raise
