Job Description:
- The incumbent should be aB.E/ B.Tech and MBA from a premiere Institute with atleast 8-12 years experience.
Location: Kolkata
- Lead/Assist the process of new product development from consumer insight to product development.
- Competition benchmarking, new launch, and growth plan.
- Work on pricing, scheme design/effectiveness, mix & communication.
- Work on market data such as Market Pulse.
- Lead/assist the commercial refresh process for PLC management to ensure product/profitability plan is delivered.
- Establish review and governance mechanism to monitor target achievement of various plans.
- Provide market side inputs & consumer pain points to tech teams for developing technology roadmap.
- Market scan to identify new opportunities for growth and prepare business and go-to-market plans.
- Assist MD in making various financial and qualitative reports and preparing quarterly board meeting presentations.
- Translate ideas, and vision of MD into plans, proposals, presentation, strategy, concepts, reports and communication.
- Work Closely with business heads, Manufacturing Head and Finance controller & prepare annual plans and long-term business strategy documents including drawing Capex Plans.
- Coordinate with senior management, first line and stakeholders for conducting monthly performance review meetings and other meetings.
- Co-ordinate with subsidiary companies and compile their inputs for monthly reports, quarterly meetings, and subsidiary board meetings.
- Manage special projects undertaken on behalf of MD.
- Analyse monthly financial & business performance and interpret information of proposals, business models and prepare executive summary to enable decision making.
- Business Analytics and Support for Management MIS for various functions.
- To generate informatory reports per the expectation of the Management to help in decision making by co-coordinating with the concerned process owners.
