Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager (Domestic MICE Operations)

Job Description: Domestic -Contracting & Operations

The incumbent will be responsible for Domestic Group Tour Operations

Attending to Customer Queries & work with sales team to close queries.

Preparing client proposals, presentations & estimates.

Negotiating with vendors, hotels etc.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the MICE industry. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events)
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Must have experience in handling corporate MICE Groups.
• Should have a strong network in travel industry (DMCs, vendors, hoteliers, transporters etc)
• Coordinating and finalizing with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project
• Should have good travel history both within as well as outside India
• Comfortable to travel with senior executives and premium groups
