Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, offering customized solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Oversee all logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, transportation, accommodation, audiovisual requirements, and event scheduling.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, caterers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services and cost-efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments, to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of all MICE events.
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and timely payments to vendors.
Oversee event operations on-site, handling any issues or challenges that arise during the event to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback to ensure continuous improvement of services.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in the MICE industry to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
years of experience in MICE operations, event coordination, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of MICE industry trends, best practices, and destination management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendor management.
Willingness to travel for event execution and client meetings.
