Asst Manager Operations-MICE

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Operations - MICE to oversee the operational aspects of MICE events. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in international MICE operations, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for MICE events.
• Lead and manage a team of MICE Operations Executives.
• Oversee event planning, coordination, budgeting, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage risks and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in MICE operations, event planning, or tourism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in managing teams and leading organizational change.
• Knowledge of MICE industry trends and best practices.
