Job description
- Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) ie, Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.
- Should possess good knowledge of Amadeus.
- Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
- Should be well versed with City Codes Airline Codes.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should be flexible to work in Implant and back office.
- Should know Queue process.
- Should have knowledge about MICE ticketing (Group Ticketing)
Requirement: -
- A Bachelor s Degree is a must.
- Should have minimum 2 -5 yrs experience in Ticketing.
