Ticketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage domestic and international ticket bookings for travel agencies, ensuring timely processing and resolution of customer queries.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to resolve issues related to flight changes, cancellations, or refunds.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the system.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in domestic ticketing or international ticketing.
- Strong knowledge of airline schedules, routes, and policies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
