Hiring For Retail L1.5 Support Associate

Job Description:

• 5+ year of experience in Managing retail-specific applications, which includes point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and corporate applications supporting retail operations
• Strong Understanding of retail processes and workflows, including sales transactions, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns/exchanges.
• Deep Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and best practices.
• Awareness of compliance regulations and security standards relevant to the retail sector, such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Analytical skills to diagnose problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions independently or with the help of escalation paths.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with retail staff and end-users, both verbally and in writing.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, business analysts, and retail managers, to address complex issues and implement system enhancements.
  Work with Automation team to provide expertise in identifying business processes that can be automated as part of Continuous Service Improvements
• Drive productivity (MMTR) of L1 team through internal Retail process knowledge sharing sessions
• Help in providing expertise in Retail Transformation initiatives of ELC like Omni-Contact centers.
• Good communication and ability to articulate well
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Self-starter and proactive in reaching out for help
• Proactive communication and Escalation wherever there is need
• Mindset to bring ideas to improve process and automation
