- The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, building relationships with CxOs and senior executives, and expanding our footprint across key Middle Eastern markets.
Key Responsibilities.
- Hunting &Direct Sales: Identify, engage, and acquire key enterprise accounts in FMCG, Electronics, and Consumer Durables sectors.
- Channel Development: Appoint, manage, and drive channel partners to expand market penetration and increase indirect sales.
- Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with CxOs and senior leaders in Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
- Solution Selling: Articulate the value of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management Systems (DMS) in improving sales efficiency and market reach.
- Performance Optimization: Track and analyse sales metrics to refine strategies and maximize revenue.
Qualifications & Experience: sales experience in MIDDLE-EAST Market with relevant profile, out of which 5-7 years in enterprise solution sales (SFA/DMS preferred).
