Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, sales go-getter with a proven track record in direct account
acquisition and channel partner management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting
new business opportunities, building relationships with CxOs and senior executives, and expanding our footprint across key Middle Eastern markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Hunting &Direct Sales: Identify, engage, and acquire key enterprise accounts in FMCG,
Electronics, and Consumer Durables sectors.
• Channel Development: Appoint, manage, and drive channel partners to expand market
penetration and increase indirect sales.
• Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent
revenue growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with CxOs and senior leaders in Sales,
Distribution, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Solution Selling: Articulate the value of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor
Management Systems (DMS) in improving sales efficiency and market reach.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyse sales metrics to refine strategies and
maximize revenue.
• Market Expansion: Stay ahead of competitive trends, customer needs, and emerging
opportunities in the Middle East.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Success
teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Travel: Frequent travel within the region to engage prospects, partners, and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
• 10-12 years of sales experience in MIDDLE-EAST Market with relevant profile, out of which
5-7 years in enterprise solution sales (SFA/DMS preferred).
• Proven success in direct account acquisition and channel partner management.
• Should have carried and successfully delivered an annual sales quota of at least USD 1
million per annum in the Middle East market.
• Should have successfully managed at least USD 500K in sales through channel partners,
covering key Middle Eastern markets.
• Strong network in the FMCG, Electronics, and Consumer Durables industries.
• Experience selling to CxOs and senior executives in sales-driven enterprises.
• Hands-on experience in the Middle East with deep market knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale sales efforts and build a high-performance
sales pipeline.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputed institution.
