Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Aviation - Business Development Manager in Asia at ZestIoT, located in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the aviation industry, particularly focusing on Aircraft Turnaround Automation, Resource Optimization, and Predictability in Operations.
- They will leverage IoT, Camera-AI, and connected operations to drive real-time decision-making and achieve a definitive ROI for airlines and airport operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of experience in driving revenue growth
- Ability to understand Customer problem & provide solution, benefits
- Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strategic planning and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to understand technical aspects of the solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Experience in B2B Enterprise sales process & tender, RFP process
- Ability to nurture leads into prospects & deals
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Sales force
- Nice to have experience in IoT, AI, and connected operations
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
