Title : Oracle HCM Practice Lead

Presales Support :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and objectives.

- Participate in solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.

- Articulate the value proposition of Oracle HCM solutions and services.

Solution Architecture :

- Define end-to-end HCM solutions based on Oracle EBS and Fusion modules.

- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.

- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and client needs.

Technical Consulting :

- Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM modules, integration points, and customization options.

- Resolve complex technical issues and recommend optimal solutions.

- Assist with data migration, system configurations, and customization.

Module Expertise :

- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.

- Configure, customize, and optimize modules to meet client requirements.

- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.

Implementation Leadership :

- Lead multiple end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM solutions.

- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Provide strategic direction and support to project teams.

Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.

- Understand client objectives and anticipate needs.

- Identify opportunities to add value through innovative solutions.

Knowledge Sharing and Training :

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training programs for clients and project teams.

- Share best practices, lessons learned, and tips for optimizing HCM implementations.
