Job Summary :

We are hiring a Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end solution design across the Oracle HCM product suite. The ideal candidate must have expertise in at least 2 Canada Payroll implementations and a strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, integrations, and best practices.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless payroll implementation Solution Architect (10+ years of experience) - End-to-end solution design experience across the entire Oracle HCM product suite with at least 2 Canada Payroll implementations experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to HR processes and objectives.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, etc.).

- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM to meet the client's needs and processes.

- Develop functional designs for customizations and integrations as needed.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Skills and Qualifications required :

- Relevant work experience and skills are essential.

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.).

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, workflows, and security setups.

- Experience in managing or participating in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.

Must Have : Canada Payroll, Core HR

Good to have : Absence Management, OTL
