Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and manage compelling content that aligns with xLongevity's brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
Content Marketing:
- Plan, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with the team to produce long-form and short-form content aligned with the company's positioning as a leader in wellness innovation.
- Work closely with designers and videographers to create multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers, wellness advocates, and thought leaders to build authentic brand collaborations.
- Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring successful campaigns from negotiation to reporting outcomes.
- Track influencer performance metrics and optimize partnerships based on ROI and engagement.
Campaign Management:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns, combining organic and paid strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs, suggesting improvements for future initiatives.
Industry Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on wellness, longevity, and digital marketing trends to infuse innovation into strategies.
- Provide competitive analysis and insights to inform marketing tactics.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in social media, content marketing, or influencer marketing roles, preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or health industry.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Previous work experience with a consumer health and wellness company
