Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content for each platform (e.g., graphics, posts, videos, stories).
- Community Engagement: Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships with our audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms, including budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting to achieve KPIs and ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize strategy and performance.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all social media platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to adapt and innovate digital strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and brand awareness.
- Crisis Management: Proactively manage any negative comments or social media crises with a calm, professional, and strategic approach.
