Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and manage our company's social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content for each platform (e.g., graphics, posts, videos, stories).
Community Engagement: Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships with our audience.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms, including budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting to achieve KPI's and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize strategy and performance.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all social media platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to adapt and innovate digital strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and brand awareness.
Crisis Management: Proactively manage any negative comments or social media crises with a calm, professional, and strategic approach.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, strategy development, and content creation.
- Platform Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Creativity:
- Ability to develop creative and engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Analytical Mindset:
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media strategies and performance.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
