Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of concrete admixtures, including their chemical compositions, functionalities, and applications.

- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in admixture technology, and relevant regulatory standards.

- Offer guidance on optimizing concrete mix designs to achieve desired performance characteristics

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

Sales Execution and Management:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with clients.

- Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and generate regular reports for management review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales roles within the construction materials industry, with a focus on concrete admixtures preferred.

- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of concrete technology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
