Job Description

One of our leading client in Agrochemicals is looking for Senior sales professional having experience in Intermediates including Bulk and Technical products in B2B.

Responsibilities:

- Lead complete sales business cycle including lead generation, commercial discussion, negotiation, order execution and delivery.

- Build, maintain and establish strategic relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and or existing clients to protect and grow the business.

- Lead the discussions for new customer acquisition and long term manufacturing contracts.

Marketing

- Develop and promote apt communication strategies for various segments.

- Evaluate and undertaking research on clients with focus on industry trends, competition analysis and future market potential.

- Devise product planning and formalize marketing strategies.

- Create and drive product sales promotion efforts focused towards long term business expansion.

- Plan participation and representation in relevant forums including conferences, seminars and exhibitions.

Strategic Management and Planning -

- Prepare sales planning and sales budgets on quarterly and yearly basis.

- Collaborate with R&D team for new product identification for research and development

Additional Responsibilities

- Direct and supervise corporate sales team to ensure profit maximization with realization of sales targets.

- Manage product offering with suitable pricing mix to improve business growth and profitability.

- Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internal team.

- Develop and promote apt communication strategies for all industry segments - B2B Sales.

Skills required:

- Result oriented with strong organization skills and work ethics.

- Effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.

- Strong Networking capabilities with high energy and positive attitude.

Functional Competencies:

- Strong Strategic and Key Account Management skills with corporate clients.

- Keep tab of clients requirements and changing business/market scenario and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.
