Assistant Manager/Manager - International Sourcing - Chemicals Sector (2-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- Global sourcing and R&D services provider offering innovative solutions in the chemical sector to North America, Europe and Middle east markets. To support our continued growth and deliver high-quality services, we are expanding our team and looking for talented professionals to join our Global Sourcing division.

- We are hiring Assistant Manager and Manager - Global Sourcing for chemical Category( Direct Purchase).

Carrying out sourcing, RFQs events, auctions, supplier on-boarding from APAC region.

Develop sourcing strategies & processes:

- Interface with Stakeholders to understand their sourcing and procurement requirements & provide these services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and Quality.

- Very good hands-on skills in sourcing and category expertise in direct categories.

- Should be a self-starter, self-motivated who can work effectively under minimal supervision.

Excellent Analytical abilities and business acumen:

- Ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and on phone, with clients & Internal Stakeholders in US/Europe/Middle east/APAC.

- Candidates having Consulting experience or having experience in Global Sourcing back offices catering to their global offices would be preferred.
