Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and lead a dynamic field sales team in Madurai. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the Telecom sector and proven team-handling skills. Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of a sales team of 10 Sales Executives
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in your assigned market
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the team and analyzing their strengths and weaknesses
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and key personnel
Develop new sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Collaborate with regional representatives and executives to support team goals
Oversee the planning of business strategies for the upcoming year
Coordinate sales efforts with different departments for smooth and fast deal closures
Conduct market visits for at least 20 days per month
Track team performance through regular reviews, set objectives, and provide continuous support and development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Full-time) – MBA preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience handling a team of at least 8-10 members
4-5 years of core field sales experience (not related to showroom, backend, packaging, or delivery work)
Must be from the same area within a 50 km radius of the assigned center
Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and travel for at least 20 days per month
Experience working in a target-driven environment
Proficient in basic Excel and Google Sheets
Must have a personal vehicle and a smart Android phone
