Roles and Responsibilities:
❖ Managing the overall running of the sales team size of 10 Sales Executives.
❖ Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its
presence in your geography market.
❖ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams
strengths and weaknesses.
❖ Establishing productive and professional relationships with customers and key personnel in assigned
customer accounts.
❖ Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new operators by
partnering with them.
❖ Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key
demographics.
❖ Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives.
❖ Oversee planning for the following year's business plan. ❖ Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
❖ Coordinating sales efforts with different departments for fast and smooth closing.
❖ Market visit for at least 20 Days in a month.
❖ To manage the Sales team to achieve the above through:
➢ The setting of objectives for all team members.
➢ Conducting regular review sessions with your team members.
➢ To track daily activities of your team members.
➢ Performance management of the team and of own.
➢ The support and development of the team
Skills and Qualifications:-
❖ Candidates should be graduate/Postgraduate (Full time). (MBA would be preferred).
❖ Must have handled team size of at least 8-10 team members in previous organizations for at least 2 years.
❖ Must have core field sales experience of more than 4-5 years. (Not of showroom, backend, official work,
packaging or delivery job)
❖ He must belong to the same area within a 50 km radius from the center where the candidate has applied
for the job.
❖ Ability to overcome objections from potential clients (Objection Handling).
❖ Can work under pressure and ready to go to the market for at least 20 days in a month.
❖ Have worked in a target-based job.
❖ Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills ❖ Must have knowledge of basic excel and google sheets. ❖ Should have a personal vehicle and smart android phone.
