Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through field sales activities, identifying potential clients and building relationships with distributors.
  
• Manage existing accounts to increase revenue growth, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in FMCG products.
  
• Strong understanding of distributor handling, retail sales, telecom sales, or related fields.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective field work and negotiation techniques.
  
• Ability to analyze complex problems using logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
