In WheelsEye, you can't buildup your career as the person to whom you reporting wouldn't allow you to make a growth in any terms as they won't go anywhere and don't let you go anywhere even in other dept. as well so that you can learn and make a growth of yourself. In WheelsEye fixed fund allocated appraisal for new joiners after 1.5 yrs but top authority keep the maximum of the same and allocate very few to their teammates. Not only this, here environment is not good as your reporting manager don't support their team rather he support other's dept person. Not only that reporting manager himself create politics in his teammates. You can't manage you personal life balance here and instead of that we neither be rewarded nor recognise nor awarded with promotion. There is no training session conduct to make you aware with the current updates in the field in which you are. They conduct only that session which is mandatory for the corporate like make the employee aware about the women harassment at the work place e,t.c.
