Wheelseye - Regional Sales Head - South (8-15 yrs)

1. 8-12 years of experience in managing a distributor-led sales business (100Cr + Monthly Revenue/GMV) for a Geographical Cluster/Region.

2. Must have built and led a large team (10-50) of ASMs/ Key Account Managers.

3. Experienced with Distribution Models involving distributor led sales involving primary, secondary and tertiary sales targets.

4. The Candidate must also have relevant experience with Financial planning and P&L driven planning. Must have optimized Sales plan around CAC and Sales Productivity.

5. Must have worked and Managed team through efficient CRM tools and should have leveraged the data to make Sales Decisions.

6. Must have experience in new product launch or territory growth of any product line or geography handled.

7. The candidate should have handled at-least 2 states from (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh)
