Job Description Growth Manager: Gujarat North: Ahmedabad

1. Purpose and impact of the hiring.

• Purpose-
1. Grow SAAS business in Ahmedabad, Kutch, Morbi, Gandhinagar, Sabarkantha, Surendra Nagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Porbandar, Amreli.
2. Successfully plan and launch new product range in the market and achieve width and depth
3. Leading 7 Direct Reportees: Team Leaders & Indirect Reportees: 60 Sales Executives.

1. Role clarity

• Metric Ownership- Deliver below metrics.

1. Acquisition GPS, Fuel Sensor, GPS Pro - Trucks & Non-Trucks, FT, Relay
2. Business Hygiene Manage healthy payment collection, Ensure existing client base visits and servicing
3. Plan for and launch new products successfully- Train/ Review/ Groom the team and deliver successful new product launches Fuel Sensor, Load sensor, Driver performance, GPS pro etc.

1. Existing products- Drive & deliver growth on existing business by:
1. Increase Monthly Productivity of team in currently served Customer Segment
2. Increase business in high throughput customers- By bringing more customers than current coverage.
   
3. New Product launches- Plan District wise targets & execute all launch/ contest/ competition inputs. Candidate should be comfortable & skilful in multiple launches and growing the business.

1. Must Have attributes:
1. Should have done hard core Sales in previous stints.
2. Should have worked in Gujarat in previous stints.
3. Should have managed span of 50 team members.
4. Should be skilled in planning & launching new products to drive business towards growth.
5. Basic understanding of data analysis and data driven decision making

• Describe the core experience required for the role.

1. Educational Background: Graduation/ MBA
2. At least 5 years of work experience
3. Should have done Area Sales Manager/ Territory Sales Manager role in the past or currently.
4. Industry- Telecom/ FMCG
5. Open to travel across cities and districts for min 15 days

2. Demonstrated ability in the past to launch & scale new products.
3. Skilled at executing business strategy via teams (50+ team span)
