Job Description :
- Oversee and guide the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Supervise a team of ServiceNow developers, providing mentorship, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and architect to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with System Architect to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure proper investigation, resolution, and documentation of bugs and issues reported on the ServiceNow platform.
- Draft and review technical design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and standards.
- Lead functional testing efforts and provide oversight for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and report progress on tasks, projects, and team performance to leadership regularly.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other related supervisory and business analysis tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in business analysis and project coordination related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
- In-depth experience with Service Portal, Now Mobile, CMDB, HR Scope App, Knowledge Base, workflows, and ITSM modules.
- Solid understanding of DevOps or Agile frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of ITSM, IT Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills, including task delegation, team development, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
