Creative Director - EdTech (12-16 yrs)

We are handling an assignment with leading EdTech organization for the role of Creative Director based at Bangalore.

They are looking for dynamic leader who has strong experience in responsible for overseeing the vision, direction, and execution of all creative projects of the org. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction for a brand with leading the creative vision, aligning it with Org's brand identity and business objectives.

- Led and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Oversee the end-to-end creative process across all mediums (digital, print, video, experiential), ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Translate broad business objectives into effective creative strategies that resonate with our audience.

- Serve as a creative ambassador both internally and externally, representing Org's creative vision in discussions with stakeholders, partners, and the broader creative community.

- Looking for a visionary with at least 12 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably within a large-scale brand or agency, with a track record of driving creative excellence across teams.

- Responsible for the creative vision and strategy of a company or brand. They lead creative teams, manage budgets, and ensure that creative work is on-brand and effective.
