Job Description

As the Creative Director for an e-commerce lifestyle brand, your role encompasses leading the creative direction and strategy while managing a team to execute engaging ad campaigns and captivating ad copy.


Your responsibilities include :

- Creative Strategy: Define the brand's creative vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with its values and objectives in the lifestyle market.

- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a creative team, including copywriters, designers, and content creators, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets brand standards and resonates with the target audience.

- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee the development of innovative ad campaigns tailored for e-commerce platforms, leveraging insights into consumer behavior and market trends to drive brand awareness and sales.

- Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy for various marketing channels, including social media ads, email campaigns, and product descriptions, optimizing messaging to capture attention, evoke emotion, and drive conversions.

- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of visual and written content, including photography, videography, and blog posts, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling and messaging across all touchpoints.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, conducting market research to inform creative strategies and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the lifestyle e-commerce space.

- Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring alignment with its positioning and values while remaining adaptable to evolving market dynamics and consumer preferences.

- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their objectives, provide creative solutions that meet their needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns and content initiatives, leveraging data and insights to optimize creative strategies, enhance audience targeting, and maximize ROI.

- Continuous Development: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce marketing and creative storytelling, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the creative team.
