Job Role in Brevity :
The Creative Director will be held responsible for crafting the brand voice and messaging for our brands. You will be working very closely with the executive creative director driving the key campaigns. You will need to mentor the copy team and work with ACD - Art to maintain the quality benchmark and consistency across channels for all retainer brands.
- You will be playing a key role in creating content focused on engaging customers and building brand awareness to
ultimately shift the needle in brand perception.

Creative Director
Total Experience in Creative : 8 to 10 Years
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
- Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients requirements
- Directing and motivating teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Mentoring the copy teams and driving innovative thinking
- Taking charge of all retainer brands
- Identifying the new skills that need to be developed within the teams.
- Staying up to date through constant learning, applying and sharing new skills and formats across the creative team
- Maintain a creative benchmark across brands/projects
- Translating the client brief to a creative vision and come up with communication that can be amplified across platforms for large campaigns. Envision the extension of big ideas.
- Contributing to the core idea/strategy and driving ideation through brainstorming/creative sessions
- Arriving at a brand overall/campaign proposition in alignment with the planning team
- Producing award worthy work.
- Building a strong and effective copy - art partnership to produce complex projects
- Inculcating the best practices in creative team and develop new systems and processes for maturing our organization for growth.
- Playing a key strategic role that involves creative direction, digital strategy, client interfacing.
What will you bring to the table:
- 8+ years of experience in copywriting and 6+ years of experience in managing teams at a digital firm.
- Strong Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
- Experience in selling creative ideas and campaigns to brands.
- Impeccable English with a young, peppy & insightful style of writing that works across mediums.
- Experience in making and presenting pitch decks for Social Media and Digital Retainers.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
- Interest in social media and active on social platforms
- Awareness of the latest updates in Digital Marketing and following the best work by brands in the industry.
