Catalogue Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Product Listing and Cataloguing:

Manage and optimize product listings for e-com platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc. Ensure accuracy and relevance of product details, including descripti ons,images, and A+ content.

2. Competitor Analysis:

Conduct regular competitor analysis to track product visibility, pricing, and performance trends. Use insights to enhance the competitive edge of the brand's offerings.

3. Account Health:

Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer queries to maintain and improve account health.

4. Order Processing:

Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others, ensuring timely processing and fulfi lment.

5. Performance and Inventory Reporting:

Prepare and analyse performance reports, sales data, and inventory updates for different platforms to support data-driven decision-making.

6. Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels across all fulfilment centers (FCs). Plan and prepare shipments to align with sales forecasts and prevent stock outs or overstocking.

7. Manage brand store pages and create enhanced brand content (EBC/A+ content) to strengthen product and brand visibility. Collaborate with marketplace points of contact (POCs), designers, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
