Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Core Java, Spring Boot experience.
- 5+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services.
- Hands on Design and development Production grade Microservices including exposure to PCF/AKS and React JS or Angular
- Knowledge on Domain Design and User Experience
- Experience in Oracle, MongoDB or SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to lead by example, motivating team to produce excellent results.
- Professional Cloud Certification(s) from Cloud Security Alliance, AWS, Google, Microsoft, or equivalent industry-standard / professional organizations
- Exposure to AI ML technologies banking domain
- Experience modernizing applications with 12 factors and migrate to cloud providers such as PCF, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Experience developing JUnit test cases. Knowledge and understanding of test-driven application development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
Job Expectations:
- Should have cloud certification on Azure or GCP.
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps concepts
- Candidate must be based out of posted location (Hyderabad/Bangalore) and will be required to work in the office as per organization s In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO) at a minimum of 3 days per week.

Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work
Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat proper..Read More
