Senior Business Execution Consultant

• Be responsible to manage the maintenance / enhancement of Celonis.
• Strong technology background, good understanding of system interactions and articulate product capabilities to application owners
• Strong project management, communication, and marketing skills
• Be responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/services
• Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.
• Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
• Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts independently.
• Work with process owners and business teams and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc.
• Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
• Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification:

• Overall 10+ years of experience and 2+ years of Celonis PSQL query writing experience.
• Celonis Process Mining Knowledge, PSQL query writing skills.
• Understanding in Business Process Management
• Effective business communication to interact with business stakeholders
• Ability to interpret business need into applicable process mining analysis
• Experience with data visualization and analysis
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Celonis Process Analyst certification equivalent Good to have
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology Good to have
