Trade Sales Manager - FMCG (3-6 yrs)

We are looking at an opening with a leading FMCG based in Kochi for Trade sales manager.

Job description:

- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance sales capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to optimize sales operations.

Key Requirements:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 3-6 years of sales experience in FMCG/FMCD/Consumer Goods, with at least 3 years in modern trade.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
