Chief Technology Officer (10-12 yrs)

We are looking for a CTO to join one of our client which is a leading startup based in Gurgaon.

We are looking at someone who wants to do more than just code; we want a dreamer, a creator, a mentor, someone who likes to discuss ideas and enjoys working with others to design and create great features and products.

Someone who understands that "what you build" is just as important as "how you build it". Someone who would love the chance to get involved in all aspects of product development, discussing product design, architecture, testing, and coding. You must be happy talking with non-technical people, discussing ideas, doing pair programming, and being keen to develop your skills in all areas of product development.

What we need :

A software engineer who is seasoned Technology professional to provide strategic and operational leadership for our technology strategy globally for our platform business. The incumbent will guide conceptualization, development, and execution of Our multi-year platform and product plans. This role oversees new development, upgrade products on the platforms and infrastructure tech.

How You'll Help Our Firm Succeed :

We want to create THE best tech platform for coaching and mentoring through the use of world-class technology knowledge in LLM , AI Domain will help to enhance and develop the platform to cater to clients.

- Has hands on coding experience and exposure to various tech stacks

- Enhance our firms competitive differentiation in the marketplace.

- Proactively create new initiatives to help grow the business and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

- Oversee the development, planning, execution and evaluation of the firms tech strategy and execution (both internal and external).

Lead and develop tech team :

- Develop and manage the department's annual budget, ensuring appropriate investment, cost control, and expense allocations.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy :

- Define the company's overall technology strategy to support business objectives.

- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely

Team :

- Strengthening the in-house development team

- Making the Platform Global with help of our current team and suppliers.

- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources

- Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships. Manage IT -resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics.

Global Growth and Governance :

-Oversee data security, management, and governance.

- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure

- Tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.

Development :

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions.

- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Qualifications :

- 10+ Relevant years of experience of engineering and tech experience

- Understands SAAS and PAAS business

- Should have excellent experience in Program/Project Management tools and software.

- Experience in preparing project estimates, preparing delivery schedules and project implementation

- Knowledge of Web Technologies is a plus

- Good skills in risk management and problem solving abilities are required
