Analyst - Real Estate Investment Fund - Investment Banking (2-5 yrs)

Fund Raising & Investor Relations:

- Help the fund-raising team in preparing marketing collaterals such as pitch book and curated presentation for large investors

- Assist the Investor Relations team in preparing quarterly investor reports

Investments & Asset Management:

- Conducting primary and secondary research regarding new investment opportunities and presenting the information in a structured, timely and comprehensive manner

- Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of deals and maintaining relevant documentation

- Assist in carrying out due diligence, valuations exercise by coordinating with investee companies, external agencies and internal stakeholders

- Financial modelling, preparation of draft Investment Committee Note, presentations and other day-to-day matters related to the Fund's investments

- Analyzing, reviewing and managing the assigned investment portfolio and the preparation of periodical MIS reports on the portfolio's performance

- Review annual business plans / budgets and obtain internal sign-off

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for periodic internal reporting requirements, including portfolio valuation.

- Help the team in monitoring compliance and governance standards across portfolio companies and assisting in implementing corporate actions.

- Help the team in implementation of policies and processes.
