Job Description

CANDIDATE FROM ( MARBLES/TILES/PAINTS/CERAMICS THOSE WHO CONNECT WITH ARCHITECTURE OR INTERIOR DESIGNER OR BUILDER )

1. Sales Strategy & Execution: -

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive all-India sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance.

2. Dealer & Distribution Network Expansion: -

  • Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and channel partners in key territories.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to maximize sales potential.
  • Ensure territory protection and exclusivity are effectively managed

3. Team Leadership & Training: -

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Regional Sales Heads and Sales Executives across India.
  • Conduct sales training programs to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and dealer engagement.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the sales team and ensure their achievement.

4. Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and untapped customer segments.
  • Work closely with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors to drive direct sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies for project-based and B2B sales.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the building materials, architectural products, or premium surfaces industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a national or regional level.
  • Experience in dealer/channel sales management and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a large sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
