Job Description
Position Summary
Spares Order Booking, execution and management of after sales business: Largely the spares order come from Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and Industrial Gearboxes.
Main Responsibility
1. To attend the inquiries of Indian Navy / Indian Coast Guard from Procurement agencies (CPRO and DMDE) for Spares.
2. Interaction with CPRO & DMDE.
3. Cost Estimation and preparation of Techno- commercial offers.
4. Preparation of tender documents and submission of bids.
5. Taking care of all post order activities.
6. Interaction with Engineering, Purchase, QCD and Material.
7. Cross function coordination for execution of order.
8. Maintaining record of spares in all respect.
9. Preparation of billing advice and Submission of invoices.
10. Collection of Dues.

2. Microsoft Office
3. Project software will be added advantage
