Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

- Providing technical support to customers on top priority.

- Installation and commissioning of ENGEL machine and automation cell. Documentation of

factory acceptance, process trials and sending back to Head office on timely fashion.

- Fixing machine breakdowns in a quick and efficient manner

- Providing support to spare parts coordinator for identifying spare parts numbers to

reduce quotation submission time.

- Reporting & provide regular updates to regional service manager on customer machine status.

- Following up for service payments from customer end on the open service tax invoices.

- In service, you will be a competent partner for our customers offering spares quotes and

information.

- Providing feedback on common machine quality issues to Mumbai Headquarters.

- Active customer care is one of your main tasks. This includes customer visits with the

Regional sales manager in your sales area, as well as the organization and support of plant

visits & video conferences.

- Participation in local trade fairs and symposia rounds off your field of activity.
