Aboutthe Team:
Aftersales and Service department is responsible for maintenance and repairs of products sold by Ultraviolette Automotive. We are a technical team who provide support and services to all consumers/ customer both internal to the company and outside to customers who purchase UV products. We are technically and futuristically driven to solve field issues and ensure customer satisfaction whilst using UV products.
JobSummary:
Will be responsible for managing all the spares inventory, parts picking/allocating and spares process adherence, and minimizing financial loss for the management by proper planning and execution.
Will be responsible to maintain strong relationship with service field operations team and delivery partners/plant warehouse team etc.,
JobResponsibilities:
Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick spare parts from inventory according to order requirements.
Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Label orders clearly with appropriate shipping details.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and organize the storage area to ensure easy access to parts.
Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts.
Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
Order Fulfillment:
Process incoming orders promptly to meet customer deadlines.
Use inventory management software or warehouse management systems to update order statuses.
Quality Control:
Inspect parts for damage, defects, or discrepancies before shipment.
Ensure the accuracy of orders by cross-checking item numbers and descriptions.
Receiving and Restocking:
Receive incoming spare parts shipments, check for accuracy, and restock shelves.
Label and store parts in designated locations.
Safety and Maintenance:
Adhere to workplace safety standards and guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely (if certified).
Communication:
Liaise with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to address order issues.
Communicate with vendors or suppliers about discrepancies or damaged goods.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of parts picked, packed, and shipped.
Generate reports for inventory usage, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
JobRequirements:
Experience:
Example
\u25CF 3-5 Years of Experience in Automotive department or other spares/inventory related domain.
\u25CF Basic understanding IC/EV two wheeler spare parts.
\u25CF Workable knowledge on usage excel, DMS, etc.
